E-commerce Operation Manager
Responsibilities
What you will do
- Implement tactics to increase sales, reduce costs and improve the conversion rate of your brands’ products: pricing, content, deals, PPC campaigns, expansion, logistics
- Be the CEO of a portfolio of digital brands across various industries, having full P&L responsibility and ownership of all KPIs
- Analyze product-level data (revenue, costs, traffic, CPC, AOV, conversion rates, content) to identify areas of improvement and implement action plans
- Carry out daily and weekly analyses to measure the effectiveness of your actions
- Work with our supply chain team to avoid stockouts
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop a go-to-market strategy and facilitate successful product launches and international expansion
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to define product range development opportunities

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in E-commerce, digital operation, preferably at a startup or other fast-paced environment
- Experience managing a portfolio of products or digital brands.
- Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and implement actions
- Basic understanding of project management and driving growth initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams such as marketing, content, supply chain and technology
- Positive energy, collaborative attitude, “no excuses, only solutions” mindset and ability to work comfortably in a diverse and international environment
